Since 2018, InsightfulNeur has been helping Thai professionals decode financial statements and understand market movements. We started small – just three analysts who got tired of watching people make investment decisions based on incomplete information.

What began as weekend workshops in a borrowed conference room has grown into comprehensive education programs that have guided over 2,400 students through the complexities of financial analysis.

How We Started

Back in 2018, our founder Siriporn noticed something troubling. Bright, capable professionals were making investment choices without truly understanding company financials. They'd read headlines, follow tips from social media, but rarely dig into actual balance sheets or cash flow statements.

The problem wasn't intelligence – it was access to practical, hands-on training that connected theory to real-world application. Traditional finance courses were either too academic or too superficial.

So we created something different. Real financial documents. Actual case studies. Step-by-step analysis that builds genuine understanding rather than memorized formulas.

Lead Financial Analyst & Program Director

Siriporn spent eight years at Bangkok Bank's corporate analysis division before founding InsightfulNeur. She has a particular talent for explaining complex financial concepts in ways that actually make sense.

Her background includes evaluating loan applications for mid-sized Thai companies, which gave her deep insight into how businesses actually operate versus what their public statements suggest.

"I've seen too many smart people lose money because they didn't understand what they were reading in annual reports," Siriporn says. "Our job is to change that."

Our Teaching Philosophy

We also believe in transparency about what we don't know. Markets are unpredictable, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something we're not buying.

Why This Matters

Thailand's retail investment market has grown dramatically in recent years. More people are trading stocks, investing in funds, and planning for retirement through market-based investments.

Yet financial literacy hasn't kept pace with this growth. We see this gap every day in our consulting work – intelligent professionals making decisions based on incomplete understanding.
